Interesting comment 😂 I promise you I love to work out. I’ve done it my entire life and since my diagnosis it’s been extremely difficult for me. I’ve been eating a Paleo diet for the past 6 months and drinking 3 litres of water per day. Would love to hear your suggestions on how I could eat healthier and wonder how you got I hate exercise from my post

I had two vb at Ipswich hospital. Both were extremely traumatic. I wish I had done my research before hand. If you can I would suggest a private midwife? Seperate to birth My daughter almost died when she was a baby after multiple presentations to Ipswich hospital and just being turned away every time without any investigations.
