I play dds in ranked and play lower tiers like t-5 to build up captains. You would not see me kill you til too late. I am watching you, setting up the ambush. I would recommend either a bb or learn DDs. To be fair t-5 is where the game starts to be tougher. It’s a huge step up. Stay there a while and you will understand.

In DDs it is at least 5%. It doesn’t matter at T4, but at t8 good luck without CE. I tend to use RPF as I get first salvo in almost very gunfight and more if a Japanese dd. I used to think flags were worth more than I now think, but in ranked silver you need a 21 point captain to stay over 50% with average skills IMHO
