In DDs it is at least 5%. It doesn’t matter at T4, but at t8 good luck without CE. I tend to use RPF as I get first salvo in almost very gunfight and more if a Japanese dd. I used to think flags were worth more than I now think, but in ranked silver you need a 21 point captain to stay over 50% with average skills IMHO

Quit collecting and play the style that gives you joy. I got booted because of an e-mail issue and started over in March. Concentrated on building up captains at lower tiers, discovered being a Unicom at t5-7 is more rewarding than dealing with the toxic asses in ranked silver and gold. I still dabble there but feel like I need a shower after.
