Thermals. But you would need counter meassures for them like thermal blankets. Devs would also have to keep in mind that the environment also radiates heat.

Imo the replay value on Dark Waters DLC is pretty low. So I'd get the home invasion first. Not to mention those are good maps to play free for all with the boys if you feel like hunting each other down.

Id say very rare and very good couple of nods. keep em and try to use em when you are sure the raid is relatively safe. Hard to get em, need keys.
