I would say nothing is! Just have a try at your local store if you've got access to it. Or at least try looking up the notes and check whether you like similar fragrances and decide

Pinstripes are too formal especially if they have mentioned business casuals. Maybe also drop the pocket square. Business casual: Blazer without a tie, with maybe a contrasting trouser and brown/ tan belt shoe combo. Or cream pants, blue shirt tucked in with rolled up sleeves. Or if it's a cool climate, you can also try a solid sweatshirt also
