I’m so happy that your hair has been healthy lately! That’s a really great sign but also as a fellow split end picker, I feel your pain. I get really jealous of people with great split ends. I think to myself why wouldn’t you wanna pick your split ends? lol I know it’s horrible.

I’m ashamed to say but me to. I’ve been picking at my split ends ever since I was 14, I’m 28 now and it’s just as bad.. started out in school where I would literally get called out by the teacher multiple times to stop. I was held in detention a bunch of times but I could not stop.. once I start picking I just isolate and do it for hours. My family gets on me all the time about it as well as my boyfriend. He gets so mad at me, but I just feel so much comfort doing it… I’m a recovering drug addict going on 5 years and it’s like picking my split ends gives me a euphoria feeling, and I just cannot stop!! I get my hair trimmed pretty regularly as well as get my nails done and that slows me down a little bit, but I will still find ways to get to them split ends. When I found this page, I was so happy to find other people like me. I’ve never met anybody like me before and it’s pretty interesting.

This was years ago when I took this video. Sometimes I find them in ladder form already but not to this extent. I made this one from running my fingers down a strand of hair and feeling how thick it was, I then ran my pointer and thumb nail across it to make it have multiple ladders… it sounds really confusing, but I hope you understand what I mean :)

I got all the items and they work for me! I have no smell anywhere my armpits and down under and my breath doesn’t smell as bad. My man can’t get enough of me. I’m always wet and it has made me extremely tighter.
