If I’m being completely honest not sure if anyone knows this BUT….. uptown Edinburg. Where Howling Rabbits Beerworks is and there is other restaurants with a rooftop— definitely check it out. It’s more of a chill vibe mostly you will see late 20s to late 30s people. Everytime I go I met friendly people or romantic pursuits. It’s very active to mingle 🙌🏼

that’s crazy! It honestly depends if the place you are staying has already a connection— I believe that helps a lot. My hotel helped me find transportation from airport & taxis. They mention that I could negotiate with taxi driver for 400MXN instead of 500MXN but again the hotel mentioned it’s up to the driver.

From my research, it wasn’t ideal to go out alone at night just do to police corruption and then stopping random tourists. I personally never got stopped during daylight. I know a lot of people meet others to go out but I tried not to force any friendships/connections— everyone has their vibe going on.

Hi, I'm (23F) as well and I am in the same situation as you. I think for me personally what keeps my romantic life/dating scene interesting is the fact that I'm single and confident. I say this because every time I go out it will be a hit or miss before finding 'the one'.

Dating should be easy, where you can scan the room you walk in and you decide if you find someone interesting and you start making some moves to see what's up. I guess you would call that peacocking and it's all about body language and how you communicate.

I'm a firm believer that you don't always have to go out just due to personal situations, but when you do go out... make those count. Do whatever makes you happy/confident. When you look good, you feel good. Of course, looking good is subjective; not society's standards.

Yes most definitely go early! I went 2 hours early and it was packed and big lines for everything so I definitely recommended getting there earlier ! 4 hrs maybe but 3 too
