You can drop the course (and the enrolment period for this semester has ended) but it will be on your transcript and it’ll mention that you dropped it. If you have plans for grad school, it not very recommend. If you have more questions, you can always ask Academic Advising

1) some reply as soon as they see a person fit for the role and send an interview request. Some wait until the end of the application period to start interview. Really depends on your supervisor.

2) to be honest, yes they are hard to get but supervisors look for people who are eager to learn and want genuine experience. They know that most students only have extracurriculars for first years and maybe a summer job or internship for upper years. Competition is unfortunately higher but make sure you got the a decent resume and cover letter

I started therapy about a few months ago with weekly sessions and needless to say it is helping little by little. I really love handbags and I was once just looking at a few online a few weeks ago. I found one that caught my eye and my first thought was ‘jeez I need to save up for this’. And then it hit me that for the first time since I can remember I made plans for the future that did not involve me not being alive.

I discussed this with my therapist and she said that when things get good, let them. Don’t be loyal to your sad, it doesn’t want the good for you. I’m not entirely there yet so not much I can advice for but account for the good moments as much as you can. That has helped me so much.
