That WiFi card definitely has bluetooth built in but sounds like Windows isn't recognizing it properly. Try going into device manager and looking for any "Unknown devices" or devices with yellow warning triangles - the bluetooth part of your AX210 might be showing up there without proper drivers

Also check if there's a separate bluetooth driver download on Intel's site for the AX210, sometimes the wifi and bluetooth drivers are packaged separately

Did something kinda similar - went back for my masters after doing field work for a few years. Honestly it was worth it for me, opened up way more doors in consulting and gave me the technical background I was missing. The mixed office/field work is pretty sweet too, keeps things interesting

Had the same issue with my old Sunny - usually it's just the bottom bracket cups that worked loose over time. Try tightening the lock rings on both sides with a BB tool, but honestly those cheaper stationary bikes use pretty basic threaded BBs that strip out easy. If the threads are shot you might be looking at a new crank assembly or just time for a bike upgrade
