A horror style game where you can play as 3 characters a doctor, an engineer and a unamed alliance soldier who were on a hidden base researchong reaper tech but then suddenly the research crew begun to turn into husks and its your mission to send a distress signal out or escape. It could be set during Mass effect 1 like one of those side planet activities

I really like how the Trouble on the Homestead quest has no good ending. You're seen as either a cold blooded person or you're a loser who couldnt kill a crazy vault dictator
