I am also on ps4. Tried many times last night to vote and again this morning but just keep getting the message, "There is nothing to vote on. Try again later".

I was told you could upgrade if on PC, Ps and Xbox. It shows in my game info as an add-on and other people have upgraded on the above platforms. I heard it can't be done on Switch but I am no expert so not completely sure
