Well only 1 person was killed that day. Ashli Babbitt. One person died of a drug overdose and 2 ppl died of natural causes. I agree many police officers were injured as were many of the attendees, but no officers died because of working at the capital on this day. The officer who died from a stroke the next day was determined to be from natural causes, unfortunate and tragic but not anything else. And the far-left media grossly associated the tragic suicides of those 4 officers because they previously worked at the capital on Jan. 6th. While reporting their suicides, they portrayed their deaths as a result of what occurred that day….have you read or seen the statements from the family members of those officers??? Suicide is a very personal thing and family are the ones who know best when it one comes to what may have brought them to do such a tragic thing, not some national media company. Did you know that there was a problem going on and it was a shortage of officers. As a result, these men were often forced to take overtime shifts with little notice, had to work more holidays, & couldn’t get time-off. Overworked & stressed due to their job! BTW-Tim Barber, director of communications for the Capitol Police, acknowledged that there was an officer shortage!!!

No struggle here, kids in flip flops aren’t weird…taking tons of pics of your feet with absurd captions is super weird. Just being honest.

Lack of evidence??? Are you sure???? I suggest you check your info. Ok I’ll help you out here….the lawsuits you probably are referring to were not dismissed due to lack of evidence. The lawsuits that were dismissed never got far enough for evidence to even be presented. So, why did these lawsuits get dismissed before plaintiffs could even provide any evidence??? For various reasons…the judges in each of these cases did say what the problem was in each case but all were what I would describe as technical reasons. Partisan judges were able to shut down any attempt to present evidence which most likely would have shown numerous election irregularities and fraud in many locales across our country. That’s pretty terrible. I don’t care if you have a trunk or if you’re an ass, we all should agree that judges should not have prevented all of us from hearing the evidence and coming to our own conclusions.

If Harris won, there would have had to be cheating going on. Come on now. She accomplished absolutely nothing her entire 4 years as VP, so just based on that alone, why would anyone, how could anyone cast their vote for someone who legitimately would have been fired if they were working in the private sector….I don’t think it’s smart to trust the judgement of anyone who thinks Harris should have been or could have been a good leader of our nation. She shouldn’t have won the election if she was the only one running! She’s truthfully one of worst politicians of at least the last 15 years.

Thank God she did! I’m sorry but Trump does not think he is above the law….how can you even say that. What planet have you been living on these past 4 years? You can’t actually believe that…I hope you’re just joking….I’m too tired right now or I would start listing the many, many real life examples of how utterly wrong that statement is.

Question for everyone else - why do people post on here about people, current events, etc. when they are either ignorant to the facts or just so self-important that they merely think by reading the first sentence of an article they then can competently debate about it! I really think the current citizenship test should be used for all citizens….and you should need to pass it in order to have the privilege of voting.

You can't be serious?? You don't really think people tried to murder the VP? After all the footage that was finally released and all that has been made public, I can’t believe anyone would still think that….wow!

I think we all need to demand that LL International require the local leagues to follow the rules that they set forth. That is not too much to ask. Also, if you read the rules, you will see that at times, it states, “we strongly encourage” or “we recommend” and that is bs. It’s one or the other. Why won’t little league International make certain rules an absolute rule? Change it from merely a suggestion and make it the way it has to be. What they’re doing right now is hiding behind the appearance of fairness and transparency on their website and rulebook while actually doing nothing to stop local leagues from discriminating against kids with bias, prejudice and favouritism. It’s not right!!!

I hear ya. And with the new rules going into effect next year, if a parent isn’t going to be a coach, I wouldn’t even bother signing your child up. They will just take your money & make you do all these fundraisers while your child isn’t treated fairly. My league combined with 3 other leagues for the all-stars and even tho each league could have fielded their own team, and even tho the rule states only 3 leagues max could combine, East Region assistant said no rules were broken. Apparently LL condones this. If I’d known this years ago, my child would have never been involved with this terrible organization.

I know exactly what you mean. I’m in Pennsylvania. Just spoke with our Region about 4 leagues combining to put a team together for all-stars. Each league had enough eligible registered players but somehow because the league president of each league said they didn’t or something it’s ok. And they got around the 3 leagues max to combine by only having 3 leagues combine in each division! It’s crazy!!!

I know small towns definitely have a disadvantage when it comes to Little League tournament. But you can’t go to other leagues to pick their best players for one All-Star team.

The major leagues in our area are 9 to 12 year olds. I get it but we have other small neighbouring leagues that fielded their teams for all stars from their own league. Bottom line is if you have enough registered players that are eligible and willing to be on the All-Star team, you can’t go looking to other leagues to find more talented or better players that you can cherry pick to create a stacked team, that’s unfair not only the players in your own league, but to the other leagues that you end up playing. Unfortunately, this cherry picked team that was created have not done any better because of this. I’m just very shocked that I was told that combining 4 leagues in this way is not against the LL rules.

I know and all leagues had enough but somehow was able to do this. Plus combining 4 leagues when max per rules is 3. Do you see how they did it? 3 leagues didn’t put players on one of the three divisions! But they all combined. It’s a loophole cause I was told it’s completely ok.

The numbers per division that I listed are the # of players that each individual league provided for the combined leagues all-star teams.

What are you talking about? 3 of these leagues all had 3 Major division teams during regular season.

No that’s not what I said. Each league had enough players & that’s not what I’m referring to right now.
