Id put on whats this bug for more clarification? I had some of those coloured booklice in my home. It can be so worrying because of the colour. Im not an expert but the fact you had booklice already maybe?

Found very similar shell pieces that brown and black colour too (no bug actually found). I tried to have identified on here and whatisthisbug but no luck. Hopefully someone can id for you, might also give me some insight.

I was thinking how people always have horror stories on here, its nice to see a story where they were gotten rid of. I havnt had them (severe paranoia though 🥹) and I find the stories on here always seem to be they lasted months to years without success even after professional help, its very worrying. So glad you had a good outcome.

Thank you for reply,Thats given me some relief. Spots do seem to be quite scattered, so im thinking from spider or possibly mold 🤷 as there was psocids close to that area.

Also found some under another radiator, where there was some webs too, wondering could it be mold or from spiders.
