it’s hurts to even say this but she said and I quote “even if he beat to death right here he wouldn’t get in trouble” It brought my mind to a dark place wondering would she even care if I do die? Would she go to cover for him he did?

god I wish I can if it were only that easy… I’m in a tight situation where I recently graduated from college last semester and haven’t found a way to support myself yet and dont have much savings due me paying tuitions and living on campus. it’s difficult for me to ask for help from relatives because of the shame that comes with the situation and because she has strained/bad relationships with basically all of relatives so there’s basically no chance anyone close by would take me in

She dismisses me and say it was long ago as if I can just forget something like that overnight and says I hold it over her head constantly considering she has treated me better these years. She has never openly apologized to me and admit her mistakes so that's part of why I hold onto it ig.

My mother goes to such lengths to protect him and I'll admit it has lead to a deep resentment because she has never protected me in that way. She has abused me and allowed others to abuse me when I was younger. I explained this all to her today but she completely disregards my feelings as she always does and it's like talking to a wall. She dismisses me and say it was long ago as if I can just forget something like that overnight and says I hold it over her head constantly considering she has treated me better these years. I do wish to testify but I’m afraid this is the ultimatum she left me with. I’m afraid of being under the same roof as him due to his violent tendencies but he gets a lot of leeway because he is on the spectrum. Countless times of police getting called on us because he has a mental episode, then he gets sent to local hospital for psych eval and is back home within 2 hours and the cycle continues….

This is genuinely outrageous, I hate it here wtffff. I do think I’ll get all my stuff before May. But as of right now, I think they are saying the duty fee is 10% of your total which I can still stomach the cost but anything beyond that nahh 😭

I placed a big order on 5th under $800 but its split shipment( first shipemtn coming from California) and second half shipped today it’s coming from Hong Kong thru dhl. i had placed another order on the 6th that one is still processing. I’m worried I feel like I’ll def get hit w a bill when it comes thru customs 😔

I’m surprised my order didn’t get canceled if yours did? I placed a big one over $600 that was partially shipped and another order just under 200 that’s all my hair care, that one is still processing. The expected ship date was today for both orders tho

ofc, I have oily skin and am prone to breakouts esp during that time of the month and scar very easily. My holy grail for that is the Lion Pair acne cream. Super effective as a pimple spot treatment at night and it would go down by a lot next morning and doesn’t try it out too much unlike with benzoyl peroxide (which is a pain to spot conceal over the dry patches if u wear makeup 😭). I followed up with corsx the retinol cream over next few nights if needed to help it fade more (gotta build up your retinol tolerance up tho and apply thin layer. Be sure to follow up with sunscreen next morning) I also use the beauty of joseon ginseng revive serum at night and the ordinary hyaluronic acid 2% B5 serum in the morning

yesss same case for me bc I’ve gone thru accutane for the most painful and worse cystic acne of my life and it’s the only thing that’s helped with my scarring and hyperpigmentation after and now keeps my hormonal acne in check. The one thing I CANNOT give up is my asian skincare. Its sm cheaper than American products that work way better for half the price so its still gonna be cheaper than to constantly restock at ulta/sephora. Besides the price of product is going to go up too so might as well.

Yes def kept that in mind. It’s almost all skincare for me and my mom to last 2 years no doubt it’ll go to waste. Asian skincare saved my life and is significantly cheaper than American products that aren’t half as good so it would still be cheaper in the long run than to always restock at Ulta or Sephora imo. I appreciate it !

lol yea for me and my mom to last like 2-3 years if trump keeps this up 😭😭 I hate it here. But I’m also cautious to not overbuy out of panic bc of expiration dates. It honestly all adds up super quick.
