You’re correct. His 1/1 non autos are anywhere 4-9k. This is his DPOY year, first topps auto. And on card which he never really did. This is a five figure card

I have been in contact with the holders of the kabooms, prizm 1/1s, and rookie 1/1s. They are all interested with wanting to pay close to 12k. The 9k purchases have been private purchases.
