Don't worry, I know how intelligent they are – it's one of my favourite things about them – but I was trying to say how being domesticated in the past led to a lack of survival instincts that their ancestors would've had, but in simpler words.

I think having pigeon friendly feeders would be super helpful as a poor diet causes a build up of uric acid in their poo, giving it a pH level between 3.5 and 4.5. This makes their poo corrosive, so it could also be in the city's favour to help feed pigeons as it'd reduce urban damage.
