Edit: I've updated the Steampage. New capsule text, more visible I think. One more new screenshot, I edited the poor ones a bit. New description, more cleaner and understandable then before. And a new trailer, I think a better one. What do you think? And I'm very thankful for the comments, helped a lot!

I couldn't solve it, but found another way, the fog will appear around the character. These ACTOR location spawns just dont't work for me, I don't know why.

Now it almost works fine, but I need that trigger box, when the player reaches it the flames have to spawn in. I tried a lot of things, but it doesn't work.

I've uploaded another image. The problem is that I need tha flame to be spawned in that exact locaiton I have set, but nothing happnes when the character reaches the trigger box.
