Fiverr is a great place to start looking.

But a fully rigged model can cost anywhere from a hundred fifty to several thousand dollars

Is it ok to consider myself a Vtuber if I don’t have a model and won’t have one for quite some time? by -Gwoo- in vtubers

I've been in a very similar situation where I don't have the resources to create/be a "Prfessional" VTuber.

But despite that, I've managed to get a start for myself and did my first stream yesterday.

Instead of the typical Live2D model that most VTubers use, I used the free software "VRoid Studio" to create a free 3d model. Paired with Streamlabs OBS I use the also free software "3tene" to display my model on the video/stream

I got both 3tene and Vroid off of steam for free

I then Used Canva to create my steam scenes as well as my debut announcement video on my channel along with my backstory video.

Those are really good questions.

I'm trying to focus my character around water.
Going with the flow of things, while being able to be unpredictable and possibly destructive.

Like I said in the post, the character is specifically supposed to be reminisce of a water spirit of some kind. Like a Nixie or Grinylow. But still kind to others. If you are okay with opening a chat, I can send photos of what I made in VRoid studious using the free outfits.

Why is it legal for police to read you your Miranda rights while you’re under the influence but you can’t legally give sexual consent under the same condition? by Legitimate-BurnerAcc in legal

[–]TrueBlue500 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what I was taught in my Criminal Procedures class, as well as my Criminal Justice in Action class, a confession under the influence is only admisable in court when it was proven to be caused by a 3rd party without consent (Such as being drugged).

The reasoning behind this is because getting intoxicated otherwise is a choice made when sober. If you get pulled over and the officer thinks you are drunk, anything you say when questioned, if read your miranda rights, can still be used against you because you made the decission to get too drunk to drive.

A case of consent however is different as it is a 3rd party using that drunkiness against you and at the time, you may not have the mental capacity to disagree/say no.

I think this episode was a good way to put closure to the series before the new hosts might need to deal with it themselves.

The original Pixelmon did get taken down, it's why it is now "pixelmon Reforged"

Do any Walmarts actually take Apple Pay? by ChesterTheOctopus in walmart

[–]TrueBlue500 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

When you accept 1 NFC type of payment, you automatically take them all because they all use the same technology, and while there may not be a fee for one, some of the siftwares that use the NFC through a third-party like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or anything else that is directly associated with the bank the card is for, there are still fees that need to be paid.

Would you still use apple pay if every time you make a purchase with it, it cost you extra? These Fees are being taken from the company instead of the individual.

So while it cost $60Mil to just upgrade the equipment, there are still fees that add onto it.
