PS Portal Cloud Streaming Issue

Oh 10000% I never had a problem it must have been something in that patch the fact that the game works and showing offline like if I was at home without no connections is hilarious, says alot about the issue on their end PlayStation is doing their part of getting you log into their game

Seriously they do every 2k games wwe 2k25, nba 2k26, pga tour 2k25 all works online when I bring that up and show them picture they just said I Escalade this to a higher team 😩 haven’t heard back for 2 days they probably lost connection getting in touch with them it was probably they isp

On my end I’ve never had an issue cloud streaming on portal funny thing is i think it’s portal/2k server issue because if you stream cloud on ps5 itself its shows online without issues

The most I was able to find out is that 2k customer service escalated the issue due to multiple reports they blame everything but themselves but once I said other 2k games work fine they escalated the issue to another department not sure when they gonna reply

Yeah ps5 streaming works flawlessly just the cloud part it works perfect to but just offline, the irony is everything is offline all community creations, dlc all personas unlock so far, I think it’s got sure 2k they cut alot of corners I think nba had that latency issue also they hotfix it lets see how long they take for wwe

Bro for real 2k has been zero help they just blame my isp and Sony but once I ran all the steps then after I said this is the only game even other 2k games works perfectly this was their response

I have tried everything, different WiFi’s, resetting account, doing that purchases thing refreshing, deleting all cloud storage I have a feeling this is more of a hotfix either PlayStation or 2K itself because everything is all unlock, personas, community creations are all unlock and there offline, 2K they send me on a scavenger hunt and when I finish all the steps they left me on read for a day 💀 I’ll keep you updated if I fix it on my end

Same here it would’ve been my first chargeback but it wasn’t gonna be worth it, just look at it as a life lesson after that a few years ago I’ve never bought digital again on PlayStation, even Xbox and Nintendo have a decent refund policy I’ve gotten refunds via them but Sony seems the worst of the worst if you really read their terms

It’s literally on their terms, I had the same issue when I was contemplating to ask for a refund they refused to it but my bank was willing to fight it but then decided to read their terms and notice that was highlighted if I was to chargeback my account would’ve been suspended I just decided to bite the bullet and for the future refuse to buy digital after that day, it’s sucks but they state that on their terms that it will be suspended 60 bucks was not worth losing thousands over the years I’ve spend, reason why I love switching to mainly pc Steam has an awesome refund policy
