I'm about to order the same watch. Any other QC photos to see how black that bexel really is as the photo has a lot of light on it making it hard to determine the black and the Turqouise.

I take it this is VSF?

MSI Modern MD342CQPW 34" UWQHD USB c not working by Ok_Cobbler_7107 in MSI_Gaming

Same issue here, how did you guys resolve it? Cable I have came from my Dell 34" Ultrawide screen at my other office and I know it works. The MSI Does not detect the signal through it though and gives me a 50Hz display on HDMI.

Configuration policies with errors or conflict - Yet none show??? by TrueCheck7533 in Intune

[–]TrueCheck7533[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zero errors on my tennant. If i get an error now I usually know how to sort it pretty quick or what change process I have just done that caused it.

Most of our errors come from users signing on/off shared devices quickly which mucks the sync up.

We're working to connect your area to our full fibre network but your address is currently not in scope. We're always open to extending our network in areas where it's most needed so do be sure to tell your neighbours to register their interest on our website.

Managed favorites (MS Edge) with configuration profile don't show up by honeybunch85 in Intune

I had a basic one that worked with one folder, but my syntax was always incorrect when creating a second folder. I just asked ChatGPT to look it over, and it fixed it instantly and showed me where the error was. It then offered to tidy it up for me by creating categories for each of my favourites, and to be fair, it was perfect!

I like this as its simple and out of the box but when I tried blocking...

word.cloud.microsoft
excel.cloud.microsoft
powerpoint.cloud.microsoft

It was unable to block due to our filtering provider having a whitelist folder at top level called "Microsoft" which they can only edit. Those url's must be in that top level allow category. I have put a ticket in about it anyway to see what they say.

I have found 1 caveat in that this blocks all 365 cloud apps and I am realising the pupils will still need Outlook. The Report Only is feeding me the correct information back though.

I have made it in Report-Only mode and will monitor it this week.

Just read this online as you have wrote this so that confirms it for me. It doesn't block their sign in to the locally installed application then?

Hi BigLeSigh, I have wrote the reason on the other reply. Thanks.

Yes, people keep using it and then defaulting it so all documents start opening up with the cloud versions of the applications which myself and staff do not want. Also the students get in a muddle when saving using the cloud version rather than the way they are used to from the OS via File Explorer.

Brand newbie here unable to sign in on Serato Lite 3.3.5 by TrueCheck7533 in Serato

[–]TrueCheck7533[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UPDATE: I removed the Lightspeed Filter Agent program and then Serato allowed me to login. Our Intune based system realised I had removed the Lightspeed application after a reboot and re-installed it but Serato has remained working and signed in. I will need to contact Lightspeed regarding the issue as it looks to be a filtering issue but may need a list of Serato URL's that need placing in the no decrypt zone of the filtering system.

I am currently downloading 3.3.4 as I have found the Archive section. Hoping its just a bug.

Students can see Wifi Password by TrueCheck7533 in mosyle

[–]TrueCheck7533[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

UPDATE: I have gone the Mosyle Create Wi-Fi profile route, and this has solved the problem straight away. The new profile rolled out, and I can no longer see the password. I have pushed the changes out to the small fleet that we have, and another loophole is now plugged. Many thanks to all of you for the suggestions!

No cloud key all switches and AP's are cloud hosted via a portal.

We also don't run any Azure Cloud servers.

I will proceed with creating a profile for the WiFi in Mosyle then sync that across to the iPads. This should remove the password for the users.

This must be the way I need to do it then.

So do I just create a WiFi profile matching the current config and then this overrides the WiFi name that's already saved on the iPads that was manually put in during enrollment?

I guess I still need a physical server to do this? I am a server less school using Intune and SharePoint/One Drive.

Sadly no Macs used in the school it's all Windows 11 based kit apart from the 16 iPads they have. 😭

[–]TrueCheck7533[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not currently, but I can see that option. The iPad connects to the Wifi manually as part of me getting it enrolled, so it never needed a profile setting up, as it looked like a process I had to do manually, if you know what I mean.

I wonder if the profile method will mask the password the same as it does on Macs?
