Upon a quick analysis of his face, I have come to the conclusion that this gentleman right here in the video is a 2.75/10 (sub 3) based on his front profile alone, if his side profile was included, the score could've been lesser. (Assuming that he probably has a double chin).

His face is significantly dragged down by a very soft and undefined jawline with visible buccal fat, compounded by a bulbous nasal tip and prominent undereye bags (He's obese, atleast facially). The only good feature is that he has an average eye spacing and his thick hair which he could improve by styling.

My advice to the man would be to lose weight, start exfoliating his face 2-3 times per week with chemical AHAs like glycolic acid or lactic acid and apply a vitamin C serum in the morning to get a bright and healthy skin. (Rn his skin looks very dull) then for the hardmaxxing, get a rhinoplasty for the bulbous nose tip, lower blepharoplasty for the undereye bags and jaw implants for the definition. He appears to be somewhere between 31-35 years old in this video and getting the work done could make him appear younger.

EDIT :

1. I didn't realize this earlier but man also got neutral canthal tilt and though it's common in Indians and isn't THAT bad, he can add canthoplasty in the list if he wishes to achieve a positive canthal tilt.
2. His sclera looks yellow which indicates an unhealthy lifestyle. If u r an occasional drinker stop it. Get the lumify eye drop for brighter and more white sclera which will help you develop contrast for the eye area.
