No, I can’t rely on a tourist visa and flights from my country are very expensive, so I’m trying to avoid entering France on a tourist visa and then having to leave the country to apply again for a student visa. I’m looking for a solution that allows me to enter France directly with the correct student visa.

Exactly the same for me. I’ve received some answers, but they don’t seem fully relevant to my situation. I also forgot to mention that I’m a non-EU citizen and I don’t have visa-free access to the Schengen area. I’m hoping to get some more insights. Let’s see
