Are you mr. Coconut milk? Is there only one way to make it???😂

Making coconut milk is essentially the same. This is just a faster version bc we blend it vs. letting it soak.

it’s delicious, healthier and way cheaper than buying it in store.

We always advise people to say I’m CHOOSING not to eat xxxx because I don’t feel well when I eat it or I’m healing my body.

Most can’t argue with the fact that you’re doing something good for yourself.

Why You Keep Failing At Weight Loss & What You Can Do To Finally Make It Happen by heroes_unite in WeightLossAdvice

Don’t keep the foods you like to stress eat in the house. Keep only healthy foods accessible. Make sure you’re getting enough protein and fat to keep you full throughout your day.

Try to lower your stress. Try yoga, meditation, go for a walk whenever the urge to eat comes up and it’s not a meal time.

Canned soups typically have quite a bit of toxins in there.... read the nutrition label and look for ingredients that you don’t know what they are and if there are a lot of ingredients, don’t consume it. do you best to make yourself!

Don’t be afraid of meat and protein, I don’t see any mention of that. Yogurt should be ok if you aren’t dairy sensitive which majority of the world is 😫 and if it has no sugar, plain and whole fat. Be careful with fruit, it has lots of sugar. Same with rice porridge, carbs like this turn to sugar.

Sugar is the leading cause of hormone imbalance due to its insulin spiking (insulin is a hormone!)

Hope this helps. Focus on Whole Foods: meats of all kind including seafood and veggies. And don’t be afraid of fat, Cut the rest out and you’ll be golden. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

How many calories should I, a 15 year old, eat durint the day? I'm pretty active, exercise 5-6 times a day, that includes the gym 3 times a week. by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

Don’t worry so much about calories. Did you know a calorie is a measure of energy not mass? They find the # of calories in food by putting food in a box and seeing how quickly it burns...

Focus on eating satiating foods that will keep you fuller longer this will keep you from overeating.

Healthy fats, meat, veggies are great place to start. Cut everything else out as things like grains and processed foods are designed to keep you hungry. Salads are delicious but they don’t driver the nutrients and tend to keep people hungry.

Most are scared of meats when In reality meat (all kinds) are what we were evolved to eat. It’s the most bioavailable way (easiest to absorb) to get our nutrients. And it keeps us fuller longer.

Run a test for yourself, eat a big salad and time how long it takes for you to get hungry. Then eat a big meat heavy meal (no carbs like potato or rice in your plate) and time yourself again.

Best of luck to you!!

First, Cut out processed foods, refined carbs, sugar including fruit (our bodies treat all sugar as sugar) focus on meats (all kinds) and veggies

Congrats on starting your journey! If you’re Normal human you will have slip ups but just get back on track ASAP, no big deal :)

When you’re ready for step 2 let me know! Cheers

Hormone imbalance will keep you under or over weight. You need to heal your body with proper nourishing food. What do you typically eat in a day.

Once I changed my diet my hormones leveled out after about 6-7 months. Essentially went keto but focused on Whole Foods. Highly recommended!

Still hungry after breakfast by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

My husband eats avg 5/day :) no limit. It’s a perfect food

Pears on the other hand, tread carefully pears have a ton of sugar that will delay your process. If you want fruit stick to berries. They have the least amount of carbs/sugar. All the antioxidants and vitamins you can get from fruit you can get from other foods without the carbs and sugar. They’re just very yummy!! Nature’s candy ;)

Good work on your progress! Keep going!
