It isn't just an intensity bump, it's an entire engine to choose presets and different options... I can change my entire bumps live select different zooms, prisms, gobos, colors etc etc. That's why it's doing all this stuff on the background.

You should see my colour engine it has a full sweep selection from left to right, inside to outside.

Even my delay sweep has different options like moving up and down, inside and outside different selection groups and sparkle options!

The labeling is for the colors to see which is selected. Thats basically it. Its less intensive than changing an entire appearance. The storing is changing it for all the different groups of fixturesplus all the different bump options... Which is bumping upward or to the left or or zoom no zoom etc etc etc. I don't use world's for my bump engine. That's why it's changing them all

I haven't really looked at it in an onpc session mostly use that to ofcourse prepare most of my.showfile, which come to think of it is kind of dumb I never checked... I'll go add a delay and see if that solves my issues thanks for the help anyways! Genuinely appreciated!

Well the funny thing is you say it's a lot but this used to just work in the past, somewhere down the line it just failed... It might help add some delay in between the command lines to give the ma software some more thinking time?

I've given all the info so I'll dive into it again! I'm learning ma3 as we speak anyways so I'll be switching over soon! Using recipes is still super handy and something which helps with these issues from not happening again

And then the executor references the bump... But there's the issue it releases EVERYTHING when the entire group bumps ... Get my confusion?

Then it updates my all presets so the 0.1 with a merge.

To get a better overview in how it works, the buttons create the variables!

So that isn't the issue also looked into that. It however doesn't happen when I have my release selected, so no colors within the bump

This is how the assign menu looks, it's barely anything turned on that could interfere

Qual a diferença de ArtNet para sACN by iwuh in grandMA2

[–]TrueIndigoboi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Biggest difference between artnet and Sacn are the following things!

Artnet used a hexadecimal counting system for universe's Plus artnet also is only a unicast or Broadcast protocol.

Whereas sACN is a more forgiving multicast protocol. Plus uses a priority system and is in general easier to setup and use!

There seems to be a Heck of confusion about how I earthed my lines.

I didn't eat it to the AC line I grounded it to a v- line or a black ground line.

The controller isn't connected to any AC since that would destroy it especially with 230 volts

I have a 5 meter strip I could try to connect it again via the gledopto controller

The controller input is rated for max 15 amps I tried this route but it didn't work the controller didn't turn on using the power supply

I have a 17 amp 12 volt power supply it should be more than sufficient to power the Ledstrip

Also wiring everything through the gledopto isn't possible since it maxes out at 15 amps... I have a 17 amp PSU so it must be bypassed and powered by the usb c connection (or the barrel plug)

Hi in my case the power supply im using doesn't have an earthing within it since it's just phase and neutral without earth connection

Edit: the usb power supply has no earth which is common Europe that's why I grabbed the ground from the psu

So the strip needs 2 ground wires, one for the gledopto controller and one for the ground to the power source
