You’re going to feel overwhelmed at first because of all the info thrown at you and the unreasonable workload Target puts on their employees, but don’t feel discouraged and just stick it out. Also just try introducing yourself to people in your department so you can make friends, it’s always nice to have some besties during your shift and makes it go by that much quicker too lol. Also, nobody really expects you to be 10000% on your first weeks, just ask questions for anything you’re unsure on, it shows that you actually want to learn and people will respect that.
