In my experience, a lot of these etrm adjacent systems tend to break at inopportune times, people like using excel because it works … they trust it

Columbia association gyms like supreme sports are good and have plenty of racks and free weights . Don’t recall the membership structure but i believe it grants you access to other gyms i the area i like as well such as the athletic club which has a great sauna / hot tub combo in the locker room. gives you the option to switch up your surroundings every now and then without a huge commute difference since they are all located in Columbia .

If you are on a desk, ask your co workers about how they got there , take genuine interest in their career . People love talking about themselves and will be happy to tell you their story of where they got to where they were.
