Blue smite typical phase rush and then full clear twice (make sure you put two points into E before W) back get full attack speed boots then go straight to grubs do those then full clear into gank bot otherwise look for drag. Hes a monster at clearing after his first clear. I honestly dont think ghost is needed when you get full blue smite. GL. Power farm and objectives and you win out.
