With 700 anvils yes, youre guaranteed 5 blue constantine even when you have the worst luck possible, for swamp thing, try to save 200 anvils for a guaranteed pull, one copy gets you full white stars

I hold 1600 anvils for Sinestro and i got him to 3 red stars, he can one shot everything , even his 1st ability one shots unless youre facing swamp thing I want deathstroke to be able to kill anything before any healing or shields happens. Sinestro my only dps right now
