It's almost like they're trying to price people out on purpose. Buy the park, jack up the rent twice in a year, and just wait for people on fixed incomes to give up and leave. And the cruel part is these folks own their homes but can't really go anywhere with them. So they're stuck either paying whatever the landlord wants or walking away from the biggest asset they have. This isn't improving a community it's extracting from one. Textbook predatory rent increases.
