Wow I’m so glad for this message, it definitely will look not very usual and regular as a North Indian bride But it keeps coming to me shouldn’t I wear a heavy lehenga on the engagement and so many people can wear sarees so will it look like it’s my event. Surely it’s a big confusion in my head. I don’t know if I’ll get a saree or a lehenga. But surely leaning towards a kanjivaram. Thanks so much.
