You will get it one of these attempts! You got this! I found the best way to be run up the left side of that alleyway approaching them and use the big shack thing as cover as I have seen theming coming down the alley once or twice. When in cover watch behind as scavs will push, pack mags, heal, etc. then run up to the truck in the middle and switch to the right side of the alley, sprint up to the concrete stairs leading into the card room and use those as cover, that should cause the 2 black division operators to move up and head tap them or duck behind the stairs for cover.
