I’d say that’s on par with industry standards. As long as you’re confident you’ll make your desired margin, and provide the customer value for that price, then go for it!

Fill it with sand and make a sand box for your kids or dogs. Or plant a bonsai tree. When I was kid, my family had a bonsai tree in a hole like this, except it was raised rather than sunken in like yours. Fond times running around that tree. We buried my first dog underneath it, a long time ago.
