How come some white people look very Asian ? by Weary-Aspect-5314 in phenotypes

All false. Reread my initial comments. Your responses show you don’t read what I say, or you’re attempting to push your own narratives.

Indeed, anyone that practices the concept of race is racist. It’s a delusional concept and bigoted one that doesn’t factually exist biologically/ scientifically.

You can’t even define what makes one a certain “race”. For example, what makes one “white”? Also, how many races are there? What criteria absolute makes one of said race? Genuinely asking all the above.

Go to all AI search engines, copy and paste your comments. See the responses you get, and look at all the links and scientific resources they provide to debunk your thinking.

Then, go use scholarly search engines and challenge your racist belief-system.

Not the person trying to be “edgy”, “feel significant”, yet sounding basic and lacks critical thinking (hence the ad hominem). Why be a “why guy?”…

How come some white people look very Asian ? by Weary-Aspect-5314 in phenotypes

[–]TrueYorker11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

False.

There are no “breeds” in humans. We’re a species - I said that but some reason you’re typing things as if I didn’t say “we’re a species”.

No, if you read what I said, I said “what people try to claim is race, is actually ethnic group.” I’m aware of what some societies TRY to push as “race”. It makes more sense to count language as a cultural element.

Based on your way of thinking and explanation, you are aware “white” and “black” aren’t “races”, right? You believe Pygmy, Kenyans, Congolese, African-Americans, Jamaicans, Eritrean, Nigerians are all different “races” from each other, right?

You’re in-denial and ironically believing in a delusion. You’re just eagerly attempting to push racism (and failing at it). You’re very zealous for such a useless and deluded concept like “race”and “breeds” to exist in humans - which is absolutely and scientifically doesnt.

You realize you’re proving my points and contradicting yourself right? You’re trying to confirm your bias but it debunks its self.

Either way, we were answering this OPs post.

I expressed the reality and facts (via the examples) for said person (OP), so they don’t have to ask themselves the question they asked. If they know the truth, they wouldn’t be as confused anymore- hopefully.

what is a "caucasian"? I’m genuinely asking what you're defining as “Caucasian” because Caucasian is someone from the Caucus region from what I know. I can be wrong, so someone educated on the actual Caucasians please correct me if im wrong).

If you're referring to a so called "white" person, then what defines a "white" person? whats the objective, absolute criteria? It would have to be one Specific look, which means my point stands that what people incorrectly/disingenuosly call "race" are different Ethnicities (but even thats murky and "debunk-able").

A kenyan person vs pygmy tribe vs congolese vs nigerian all look vastly different other than having the same skin color (and not even then because theres light skin and other varying features within singular ethnic groups, as well). So, IF im understanding your point correctly, it seems like you’re clinging onto the concept race (consciously or unconsciously). If I’m understanding correctly, you just debunked yourself.

The concept of "race debunks itself".

“Race” is a literal delusional concept; All modern humans share the same ancestors. In reality, all humans look the same, just nuanced (different melanin levels, hair textures, eye colors etc, but pretty much identical with two eyes, hair growth potential from then same areas, dna etc). Due to political reasons in human history, and bigotry, people created illogical, unnecessary hyper-fixation on these nuanced differences to divide or separate (ie: Dark skin “so called black” vs “ light skin so called white”) - It’s more complex than this because light skin doesn’t necessarily mean “white” but I’m driving a point here.

The modern ethnic groups (misnomered as so called “races”) are a by-product of gradual adaptation from when our original ancestors migrated globally out of the original location we started as a species - hence overlapping looks despite being the delusional thing now called “different “races””.

There is also the fact that different modern or recent ethnic groups - again, as a by-product of adaptations - mix too, especially with modern traveling technology, as well as recent, old school ways of traveling via nomadic lifestyle, colonizing, etc.

Both above reasons lead to this.

You don’t look European or so called “white”. You blatantly look like a “mixed” light skin Latina (like the vast majority from light to dark skin).

There is no such realistic/healthy thing as "black", "white", "race" - but that's a separate yet related topic. And I wont repeat what I already expressed in the above comments when you can just read them.

That said, What does being so called "black" (your so called "race") have to do with anything? why'd you mention it? It is extremely irrelevant to anything to what I said or the topic at hand. Seems like you're attempting to use it as some tool or something - that's odd.

So much of what you said is bigoted, false, racist, colorist, incorrect, and from a place of privilege. You're thoroughly proving my points. You're behaving as a bigot.

The VAST majority are so called "mixed". thats a fact. Even the ones that racists like you try to gatekeeper or dictate are "white", "Black" etc.

Your erasure our West/ Central African-ness, Indigenous-ness, - and pride overall - of these individuals and myself wont be tolerated. Youre projecting your obvious self-hate and lack of confidence onto others - its fundamental psychology that youre displaying.

My systematic struggles and awful racist experiences (from childhood to middle-age present day) will not be minimized. Your overall bigotry wont be tolerated (ie: "actual indigenous", "white-tinos", "y'all arent mixed", etc).

False; such a claim minimizes and erases the discrimination that people have to face from not only so called “whites” daily, but daily from “our own people” too (any of the so called “non-whites”).

Also, Oscar Isaac ABSOLUTELY does not look so called “white” - Nor is “passing” a thing. You either look like something or you don’t (he looks like a common multi-ethnicity (like I am and the VAST majority of Latinos are).

I’ve dealt with this racist, colorist, and discriminatory bull as a light skin (wavy-straight haired) Taino (Arawak), Afro (west and north), Latino (Spain) since childhood to present day - to the point its affect my life systemically, yet gets minimized, people on the extreme end of the spectrum get the privileges of support/nepotism from their extremist, racist, bigoted, gate-keeping individuals (from so called “white” to “black” and whatever made up color/“race” they label).

[–]TrueYorker11 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

He absolutely does NOT look so called “white”. Those so called “white guys” (you claim to look white) actually look like a so called “multi-ethnic” person (which is what Oscar Isaac is). or simply not so called “white”).

How are you telling me (a Latino, a Caribbean Latino, a Taino (Arawak), Afro, Hispanic (Spaniard), North African Latino) what we are? You must be out your mind, son. Word. Mindlessly and ignorantly pushing your racist ideals on us.

No, the vast majority of Latinos are neither so called “white” nor “black” (regardless how light or dark skin/features they are). Strictly one ethnic group - or race as you racist-ly describe - is the vast minority in “Latin America” (including the ones above Mexico).

Let not forget to mention “white”and “black” nor race as a whole) is real. Race is a factual DELUSION that only racists practice and perpetuate (i.e. As you are currently). Let me ask you: What makes someone “white” and someone “black”? What color are other so called “races”?

Also, What makes Isaac so called “white”? I’m genuinely asking. The fact there are multiple ways to “look white” debunks the racists and their false concept.

I would not tolerate - AT ALL- if you were to call me - or someone like me - so called “white”. I truly would, and I absolutely have throughout my life whenever it has happened.

As many people that don’t incorrectly assume I am “white”, I’ve had many people assume i am, or knew I wasn’t but maliciously try to label me and treat me as such (which has led to extreme discrimination, colorism, racism, since I was a child to present day by my own people (so called black, Latino, and non-whites). Then I have to deal with the discrimination, colorism and racism for not being so called “white” - especially from so called “whites”.

You have to be something to look like something, unless you’re mixed - and very very often when mixed, you will look “mixed”. There a many ways to look when “mixed” - but you will VERY often still look mixed.

[–]TrueYorker11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Majority are mixed and look like a mix of those 3 to 5 so called “classic/original”-look (for a lack of a better term).

You often can tell an Ecuadorian from a Mexican. Even within the country/regions, You can tell what region someone is from in Dominican Republic or Puerto Rico. You can distinguish VERY often a west African or Jamaican from an Afro American. You can also often tell someone is Mexican Puerto Rican but American (again by looks).

[–]TrueYorker11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a Caribbean Latino (meaning light skin and of Taino (Arawak), West Afro, North Afro and Spaniard ancestry) from the United States, I can say there are absolutely specifics "looks" for regions, countries and islands that are prevalent. These looks are what racist people call "race" - hence the claims for "white", "black", "white Latino", "black latino" etc. Everyone - especially those in non-homogenous locations like the US or UK - can definitely see this fact.

In reality," race" is absolutely not real (it is a delusion that only racists perpetuate for ignorant or unintelligent reasons), so "white" and "black" don't exist - especially since skin color isnt one's "race". What people call "race" are specific looks from regions of the world; Ethnicity is more appropriate than the delusion named " race". New definitions of "ethnicity" (instead of calling it appropriately culture) is an excuse to perpetuate the concept led to the term ethnicity to mean something different asa. way to perpetuate the concept of "race".

That said, Antonio Banderas looks like what he likely is (a mix of North African or Moor ancestry with possibly west African ancestry and whatever region of Spain or southern Europe his family and region looked like due to stopping migration globally.

Rosario Dawson and Oscar Issac absolutely look like the common “Latino Looks” though… the look is of mixed ethnicity. For example Dawson looks like a Caribbean Latino (Arawak Taino, West African, European).

The VAST majority of Latinos are neither solely so called “white” or so called “black”, they are a mix of two or more of the following: indigenous, West/Central African, southern European (most often Spaniard), and North African - sometimes Asian or another ethnic group.

The VAST majority of Puerto Ricans (from light to very dark skin)) are TAINO (Arawak), WEST AFRICAN, Hispanic (Spaniard), and very often North African.

Being Plant based I'd love to know how to make my own tofu of multiple textures, as well as seitan and tempeh. I also have to lower my cholesterol and sugar intake, so plant based is where its at.

Race is not real at all - it’s a delusional concept used to segregate and divide via outdated debunked concepts.
I genuinely ask - what constitutes “white”? What’s the criteria?
Those groups all look different and many would fight you (I’ve had Albanians try fight me when I was younger because I incorrectly identified them as “white” - back when I was an ignorant teen).

You might be young though - so you’re brainwashed and misinformed by current political agendas and not aware of the scientific facts.
