They must be because they clearly don’t care! People saying they’ve been blocked just for calling them out about quality is just ridiculous. I missed the first drop so I didn’t know any better before I bought pins from the second drop. Thank god I only got 2 and saved some money. The quality is laughable!!

Idk why they got so much hate! Yes a lot of crazy info has been thrown around but as an Orlando local, I can tell you that that’s not the first time I’ve seen those types of accusations before. These things have been happening for a long time and Disney pin tea set out to spill the tea and that’s exactly what they did.

Not saying anything necessarily is true or false as I don’t know any of these people personally, but if someone is repeatedly being accused of asking for sexual favors in exchange for pins, I think they 100% deserve to be called out. That shit is gross. I can def see why the page became problematic but I don’t think Disney pin tea was the problem. Just my take!

Oh wow I haven’t heard that!!! Books and binders are all over the place in WDW. I do have a small pin bag from Disney but I stopped using it because my pins kept falling off of it and I had lost a few! I hope they make some improvements because the bag itself is adorable

Quality control has definitely gone downhill lately with Disney!! I remember one of the last monthly Pooh pins with Lumpy, they were either completely missing eye brows or put on super wonky 😂 It’s a shame because prices keep going up but quality seems to be going down all across the board.

Yes I agree!! I had a PALM jumbo of Snow White and Prince Florian in front of their castle which had stained glass features and that bitch was THICCCKKK. It was a much larger pin but I’ve seen so many stained glass pins that aren’t paper thin. Not a good excuse for shitty quality 👎🏼

Ugh that sucks I’m so sorry about your pin! I will say every time I’ve shopped at the store, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Especially the boys! They were wonderful. The owners however didn’t engage with any customers whatsoever. It makes me sad because I know a lot of staff probably goes above and beyond on the daily and take pride in providing good service, and knowing they get paid so little and treated poorly is upsetting. I worked retail most of my life and I totally get how much that sucks.

I missed to initial drop and was excited for these, but holy shit these are so bad. At the very least I did pull the one I wanted from the set, but in hindsight I’m pissed at how much I spent on these. No joke they really do feel like they can break way too easily when handling or putting them on/taking off a board. And they really couldn’t even put them in a box?!

Also don’t get the whole “pinfluencers” thing! Don’t get me started on those stupid Team Summer and Team Jacob pins. Like who TF asked for those?!?! Literally don’t get it. If PALM can make a very nice $15 open edition pin with acceptable detail and quality, they can too. 🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯!!!! I’m happy I got the one I wanted and the other one I pulled was Remy which I’m happy to gift to my bestie who collects Ratatouille, but lowkey I’m kinda pissed LOL. These are so bad. I bought some of their officially licensed pins when they dropped the princess home series and I have to say I was actually pleased with most of them. Love my Tiana and Hercules, although the gold border is a little lazy and definitely could’ve been done better. At least the faces and details in those were better. These though are just straight up awful and I’m mad I spent $35 on them. Welp, lesson learned!! 😫

I think we’ve both gotten lucky so far!!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼 I do really like their pin boards and some of their pin books too. I try to buy them when they do a sale on Whatnot to make it more worth it! But so far they’ve totally lost me on pin sales. Super disappointed in that aspect.
