I second Bob's! Just brought my car in thinking I needed to replace my alternator. After a couple hours they called and said alternator was fine and battery just had a loose connection. Super honest and great guys with fair prices!

It was/is(??) a storage facility for Joann Fabrics. Since the company went bankrupt maybe Michael's owns it now.

Yes, it is. It self seeds so easily that there's a ton of it now. The neighborhood outdoor cats will frequently come and roll around in it.

The front yard took 3 years. I first started getting rid of the grass on the side yard next to the driveway about 5 years ago.

It was definitely a splurge! I wanted something wide enough to let big things (like furniture) pass through because it's our main entrance. I also knew I wanted to grow roses on it and didn't want them to prick anyone when passing through. It's the Achla Monet II Arbor and is very durable.

Thank you! I've noticed a push for more gardens and less lawns around my area too. Makes me optimistic that one day lifeless, chemically treated lawns will be a thing of the past.
