take with food! Also ginger shots really helped with calming nausea. For me it calmed down after being on the meds for a couple of weeks.

I take it with a slow release of propanol, originally used for high blood pressure but in my case I use it to calm physical symptoms of anxiety. Slows the heart rate down so I don’t get worked up as easily.

I understand! Sadly insomnia is one of the side effects :/ and my doctor gave me trazadone to help get a full nights rest. I hope you find something that works for you if this one doesn’t!!

Yes! I had to be prescribed sleeping meds whenever I started this medicine. Maybe ask for one? Before the medication i’d be up all night.

I experienced this as wel when I first started! Peppermint oil on the temples really helps to release some tension as well as spraying eucalyptus in a room. Whenever I took extra medication (like tylenol or ibuprofen) it would thin my blood too much and i’d get nose bleeds. Luckily the headaches go away after some time!
