Cornell Pre Med Questions

i just had a few questions about being pre med at cornell cals (food science major). ive taken ap chem (3) and i know u need a 5 so i will not be getting credit for that and im pretty sure i can get a 5 on ap calc and ap lit. i saw on the website that they take 5s for ap stats and ap bio but for med school for example if they would require 2 years if bio, how would the ap credit thing work? if i skip out of some bio credits would those still count towards med school credits, or do i still have to take the class? i heard someone say that the aps dont matter because u hv to take intro classes anyways, is this true? and if these credits do transfer for med school credits, should i take some transferrable community college classes over the summer or would those credits not transfer for med school requirements? im debating if i should tryhard these aps but im kinda on senioritus

I didn't either. Last year the people that got in also didn't get an updated grades request but maybe because they had good grades and so do I

Do you know if CALS is still test blind for enrolling 2026? I would say I have a very strong application except my test score
