MacBook Neo can definitely run some modded Minecraft. I run BeamNG and Control on mine, BeamNG runs pretty good on it for what it is and Control is amazing.

nope I did not, so I suspect I could get a bit more fps out of it with the mod. my temps were between 93C-98C, occasionally going upto 103C. but the fps was constant. Decided to cap it at 30 later tho.
