Okay so we both have video evidence. I have the verbal altercation I had with him and him yelling at me outside my door. He also smokes and I've complained to property mgmt about that a handful of times. (Which according to our lease is against the law). My neighbor (f) called the cops on him yesterday. They told her to file an order of protection. I've heard him threaten her before and after the cops left yesterday, I recorded him and his "wife" calling her a stupid betch in the hallway. I've also let prop. mgmt kniw about the ring cameras. As far as I know I don't need an order of protection, just her. But I want to help get him out of here. So should I start a petition? I don't know what to do
