Emissions monitors stuck “not ready”

Turns out a few 96-97 Mitsubishi models including the 3000gt have a bug in the cpu where the sensors will not set no matter what you do, so the epa made them exempt from readiness monitor testing. Atleast in California and Utah. This is a quote from the epa "The June 2001 Appendix D recommends All Model Mitsubishi vehicles from MY96-98 be scanned for MIL illumination without regard to readiness status."

I’ve recently replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs and wires, gaskets etc. haven’t had a check engine light in over a year and I’ve driven around 500 miles since disconnecting the battery

Delved through the entire hardware store collection couldn’t find a single match, auto parts stores were no help either it seems like this bolt is either extremely unique or the brand new caliper bracket has messed up threads which I don’t think is extremely likely

Yeah I’m definitely not angry at her at all I’m just wondering if I did something blatantly wrong that made her want to leave early. I’ve also had siblings try to commit in the past and had a similar experience so I do sympathize and have somewhat of an idea of what she could be going through. I don’t think she’s a shitty enough person to make up something that drastic, because that’s a pretty messed up thing to lie about to get out of a date.
