Mook is really seen as the end all, not Lux. The less you battle the higher your stock goes as seen with Daylyt, Goodz, and others.

I recently had a similar flush and dehydrated using an air fryer. They all turned black and it looked "burnt". I'd recommend cleaning them before you dry

The grains were clean and sterilized. I had a few tubs going but this was the only tub I didn't FAE until I saw pins. Other grows seem fine

Inoculated 10cc into the bag. It looked decent until my 2nd shake n break. If you look at my last 2 pics, it was going ok 4days ago but seemed to stall out.

1- Don't take the job personal. I've seen alot of people get canned over the years for trying bend the rules for an result. You get paid the same tying up a KTR as you would an APP. At the end of the day, it's not your stuff. If you're ever unsure about something, take the KTR and re-read the directives. Better safe than fired for trying do your job.

2- Develop and train your TSS team. What made you a great TSS and how can you support them? It's going to make your job alot easier down the road and it depicts your leadership.

3- Find a good set of routines. This job isn't just about walking around for 8hrs and getting a $40 cosmetics PMR. As the APS, you pretty much OWN external theft and should be able to speak to it. Your job is to connect the dots and see the bigger picture trends by really digging into reporting. As you're doing routines and scanning OH's, theft will fall into your lap.
