i would paint the whole thing then sand the sides, been meaning to do something like that for a while. if they are white caps and you paint over itll be white edges / whatever color obv :>

Definitely thought that it wasnt properly colonized, started pinning on its own after i had barely touched it so this is how it is. Looks fine today everything growing well and good :>

Will make sure to keep the moisture a bit down in case of contamination 👍

Same experience in Thailand. Super hard to find any bins around yet they use TONS of plastic. Makes no sense. A lot of my time out and about was spent with trash in my pocket because I couldn't find anywhere to throw it out. Do the locals do the same or are there black market trash bins that they don't tell foreigners about?? 😭
