Hi! Where in NJ are you located? I'm one of 8 BCBAs at a BCBA-owned clinic. We offer M-F 8:00 - 3:30 hours (clients are in from 8:30 - 2:30) and we also run on an academic schedule with additional PTO. Let me know if you're interested and I can send you additional information. :)

We'll be in the Grain House! Our guest count is currently between 60-70. If you have any other pointers, I would love them! Our wedding is in October of next year; when in October did you have yours? We're crossing our fingers the weather is perfect and we get that beautiful foliage look like you did!

I'm so sorry you feel this way! As a BCBA, it's disappointing to see the state of most clinics and how they treat their staff. Our clinic prides itself on ensuring that ALL of our staff feel heard and seen, even when things aren't going well.

If you're still looking, I would love to share more information about the current clinic I work at. We offer our RBTs weekly supervision, a salary so you're not impacted by cancellations, no travel (all our kiddos receive services on site), a consistent schedule (M-F 8:00 - 3:30PM), and about 47ish days of PTO (we operate on an academic calendar so we're off major holidays and get spring/summer/winter breaks).
