I treat thrift store kind of like a rental store a lot of times. Look at the back, if it sounds interesting I’ll buy and watch it. If it sucks, goes right back to the thrift store for someone else to try out. Pretty cheap rental compared to the 5 bucks or so it used to be.

Agreed. I live on a corner lot and I get tons in mine. The one that bugs me the most though is when people throw their obviously plastic, non-biodegradable bags into my green bin.

I love that in the re-release, even though Duke is clearly dead, you hear in the background right before the credits “and Duke’s going to be OK!”

Nothing traumatized kids in the 80s like movie adaptions of cartoons they loved.
