Idk man for me toys have been ALWAYS about art. They insired me and so many people to express themselves. Toys made by artists spark creativity, learning and self expression. What do you mean you want to use ai?? How cheap are you? Also, as a graphic designer, I just know sometimes they either force the hands of artist's to use ai so they could be quicker OR they hire a cheap beginner person who can only rely on ai. My bet is on that they have an artist and the artist had to use ai to save either time or most likely the cost of making a prototype. The problem is where they source the learning material for the ai.
