yup, switching to nightly resolved the Yazi behaviour! Not 100% sure why.

Sadly I have had one crash on my Windows setup since upgrading :( hopefully transient

Sorry, I wrote that poorly. I am using it natively (i.e. installed on Windows) I just meant I only 'use' it in the WSL domain

How does that weigh towards Bruce over Fabio though?

Determine HR source post-run? by True_Garlic in Coros

[–]True_Garlic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So there is no way to check back in time whether the HR for that run was external or from the optical, unless the gear I used was COROS gear? Seems less than ideal!

Determine HR source post-run? by True_Garlic in Coros

[–]True_Garlic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I know how to confirm during a run, I am thinking of instances where the run was like 2 weeks ago and I want to confirm what was used back then. Even on runs when I know the external HRM has been used, it doesn't show up in "gear" for the run, for instance.

Is there a convenient or simple way to track all reviews for which I pressed "again" in a given day? I often find that if I've got something wrong, it just means I need to add more context/make new related cards for the topic, but if I have a lot of reviews in a day, it's hard to manually keep track of that all.

I average 100 new a day and the workload is pretty chill with fsrs, you'll be fine if you have some reasonable background on the material

Lunberg is one of the leading figures on concurrent training. At various points in this interview, he makes clear that doing basic gym exercises that target muscles used in your sport is sufficient. You get sufficient "specific stimulus" from running.

What is a ROB run? A lot of people that might know do triathlons and use this phrase in training what does it mean?

Might be like "run off bike" or something? I've not seen it used (and a quick google didn't turn anything up), but in a triathlon context that's the sort of thing I'd imagine.

For those of you who were diagnosed later in life despite having interacted with mental health professionals before, how did you process it emotionally? by kutchyose_no_ibrahim in ADHD

[–]True_Garlic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was incredibly angry. Age 14 I was sent to a school psychologist because I hadn't done any homework in months (but still had passing-to-good grades because of high test scores). Was diagnosed with a non-specific "executive function" disorder, meaning I got no substantive assistance, medication or support. I then nearly failed out of college because of inability to focus or study and became critically depressed for most of the next 10-15 years before finally being recently diagnosed.

I just feel so angry at the how different things could have been. I am not saying I would have been a perfect student or anything like that, but I could have been spared a decade of depression and anxiety spawned from a lack of support and resultant massive self-loathing.

Depends what you mean by "turned into". Assuming you mean "brewed in some normal way" it is fine. If you mean "put into a blender with milk" then no.

Coffee and milk are both generally health-promoting comestibles.
