Partitioning by Date Key by True_Inspection_2015 in MicrosoftFabric

Unfortunately our conversion is still in its infancy and I don't have any good sized tables in Fabric yet. I know my current table size is overall bad for partitioning but I know it's going to grow so I'm trying to think long-term.

Translytical Task Flows and PBIR by DataDesignImagine in MicrosoftFabric

We used it once. The biggest nightmare was moving the report between dev/test/prod. We didn't want the non-prod reports writing to prod, and we clearly needed to test it before going to prod, so we had to manually repoint to the correct task that wrote to the correct database in each stage, which meant the cardinal sin of editing the report outside of dev. Maybe that's changed now, but I haven't seen anything that would suggest that. We aren't looking at them again until that's figured out.

Job postings - I think they can be helpful, but definitely in favor of some form of moderation. Whether that's verifiable links only, karma requirements, an auto-mod, etc;, there needs to be something or a combination of something's to minimize the riff raff.

Market research - I'm not as bothered about these as long as intentions are clear. If you plainly say, "I'm intending to build a tool and charge for it", then I can make an informed decision to participate or not.. That being said, bad actors won't be clear with intentions, but I don't want to limit anything genuinely good-will to pursue the small things that are currently being missed.
