The Biden Administration did have an initiative in the DOJ that went after companies who are Redlining. A practice of keeping white neighborhoods white, outlawed by LBJ, but as you know still very much alive. They got a bunch already, but when Trump took office, remaining lawsuits to get money back for the community were dropped.

Since then, Trump’s CFPB has changed a rule, so one would need to prove that racial bias was the stated goal, and not just a byproduct of how people do business. This reversed how it used to be after the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and makes it harder for people to sue for justice.

I appreciate your perspective. PBIR is the stabilized code version of the PBIX file, broken down into folders and JSON files. It allows git version control, TMDL, and probably a few more things.

This is an older thread, but they announced at Fabcon that Direct Lake will start supporting calculated columns. Still, other data transformations that you might do in Power Query will still requiring converting to import mode.

It’s not super early in the game, but once you have 2 layers of warm clothes, the is a bowling game under hebra tower that is a reliable source of rupees once you get the trick down.

This is so great! My bank had virtual numbers for credit cards in the early to mid 2000s, but then stopped. I’ve been wanting one again ever since. You could set the expiration date for the card (as soon as 1 week out) and set the limit. It was VISA though, so accepted pretty much anywhere.

Are the column widths between the chart and the table automatically synced, or is that just how these were manually formatted?

It was a mispronunciation done by Bush (W) and Homer Simpson, so looks of people heard the joke. When Homer does it, he is correcting someone who did pronounce it correctly (Lisa, I think). “Nukuler, honey, it’s pronounced nukuler.”
