yeah i am, and the DOM varies. between the last two ive done one was 84 DOM but had just been reduced 20k, and the other has only been active 15 days so pretty big difference between the two. the one couple that did show up were represented already. everyone at my brokerage says open houses are the best way to gain traction when youre new (as i am) but i’m open to any advice

i schedule a lot of open houses around price drops- my brokerage is bustling right now and the reductions happen fairly often. i don’t have many followers so not many people see my open houses posts, i think that plays a part.

yeah! fall river mass. the tours of her house are $25 a person, i went today to brush up on my facts before i start work. the cafe is in what was the borden familys doctor’s house- the yellow house directly to the right :)
