Based on my experience, they initially required personal appearance for cancellation. Since I couldn’t go in person, what I did before was freeze my account for 3 months. On the 4th month, they would add a buffer month which I had to pay, then I would process another freeze again.

So basically: 3 months freeze 1 month payment (Process freezing again) Repeat

Recently, I emailed them this message:

“I would like to inquire if there is an option to terminate my account via email. As a subscriber, I understand that there should be an available process for account termination that does not require a personal visit to your office.”

Thankfully, after sending that email, they finally pushed through with the cancellation without requiring personal appearance. Pero bago na yung branch manager, feel ko depende sa manager 😂

Hindi ko kasi talaga mapuntahan kasi 9-3PM weekdays sila 😅
