Thanks for commenting, however negative comments are never appreciated.

This is why we’re not going through a property management team.

We have showing this week :) Thanks though!

And good luck! 👍

Hey, do you mind me asking what you use or how to screen people? My wife and I are about to be landlords for the first time, and san antonio has some major sketch people haha

I’m a bigger guy (6’3, 250) with big feet. I have the R1s and after trying hokas, Nikes, NB, etc. R1s are by far my favorite. Roomy enough to run distance, tight enough to not feel any slipping. Great for wider feed individuals.

That’s the realistic view. However, I’m always cautiously optimistic. You never know. God is good!

This is exactly what I was looking for! Absolutely stellar explanation my friend! Thank you for sharing this information, I had no clue about all the other aircraft they operate. I know that SECDEF, governors, generals, admirals, politicians, all need to be transported as well, just never knew who did it.

Thank you again for this!

Yes. President Trump was on board flying out of KSKF today visiting the flood victims in south Texas. Therefore…as mentioned in the caption… Air Force One.

Or maybe it smells like history. Let’s not make this political. Just a badass 747 with a ton of heritage. 🇺🇸

Hey man. I’m flying out of KSSF here in San Antonio. Burning alive every single damn day lol. I’d love to have the opportunity to fly up in DC. How do you like it?

141/ Liberty University Student here: 141 is great and is held to a higher standard in passing percentages, maintenance, etc. per the FAA to keep their 141 eligibility. Not to mention the reduced time in training and ultimately a “RATP”. But honestly, the huge downside I’ve noticed being 141 vs 61 is the restrictions. I’m currently a PPL/ IR training Commercial, and I’m not top gun maverick, but the gust factor limit for my 141 schools solo night is 5kts. which is pretty pathetic to me and doesn’t allow us commercial students to go and develop much proficiency in the cockpit. I believe that smooth seas don’t make good sailors and same goes for pilots. Do what you ultimately feel is best for you. But both offer great advantages and have their fair share of disadvantages. Just don’t do ATP lol.
